Company Overview
The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford (known as MHCO) is located on a beautiful campus in Oxford, North Carolina. MHCO provides residential care for youth from ages 0 to 23 in cottages (for younger and transitional living youth) and in apartments for Independent Living youth. MHCO also provides services to members of the community via the Community Support Center also located on campus.
Company History
MHCO was originally established in 1872 as an Orphanage with the first two residents placed on February 13, 1873. The facility has been operating for over 150 years and has served over 11,000 children.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Over 150 years of providing residential care for youth. The first and oldest operating residential facility in the state of North Caronlina.
